friendly staff airport transportation customized breakfast worn rug old elevator dated toilet seat
the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was very nice and customized (the chef made scrambled eggs exactly as i wanted them).
some parts of the relais need a bit of sprucing up. the rug in the hallway could use replacing and the toilet seat could be updated. the elevator is quite old and small (fits only about three people).

really good stay near spanish steps
excellent service fantastic recommendation excellent air conditioning
this place enhanced our trip. the service was excellent with recommendations for transportation, dining, and tours. we appreciated being guests at this hotel. the provided air conditioning worked well! it kept the room at a consistent temperature throughout the day.
the elevator was somewhat small. only a few people can fit inside at once. the elevator felt quite old.

the staff was efficient and professional. the family runs this hotel. they welcomed me warmly and provided necessary support. i really appreciated their help.

the room decor embraced history. it did so with touches of modernity and functionality. homemade snacks and coffee were available throughout the day. the building structure is authentic and very beautiful.
